The Enterprise City Council met in Special Session on Wednesday, May 22, 2014 at 5:15 p.m.  The purpose of the Special Meeting is to approve Resolution No. 581.  Those present were Mayor Margie Shaw; Councilors Larry Christman, Laura Miller, Bill Coffin, Tim Parks; Staff Michele Young and Ronnie Neil.

Mayor Shaw opened the meeting.

Mayor Shaw read by title Resolution No. 581 "A Resolution of the City of Enterprise approving an agreement for Engineering Services for the City of Enterprise Water System Improvement Project.

Councilor Christman made and Councilor Parks seconded the motion to approve Resolution No. 581.Michele Young took a roll call vote.  All Councilors votes ayes, Motion passed unanimously.

Councilor Coffin stated that Michele made an error in the public notice for the Budget Hearing.  The notice stated Tuesday May 28, May 28th is on a Wednesday.  Michele stated she would look into it.

Being no further business the meeting was adjourn.
