The Enterprise City Council met in a special session that was scheduled at the September 9, 2013 meeting. Those present were Mayor Margie Shaw, Councilors Stacey Karvoski, Laura Miller, Tim Parks; Staff Michele Young and City Attorney Roland Johnson.

COUNCIL ADOPTS ORDINANCE TO SET UP ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

City Attorney Roland Johnson presented ordinance No. 570, an Ordinance Adopting Chapter 2.36 of the Enterprise Municipal Code and providing for Administrative Hearings and Exclusion from City Property.

Councilor Miller made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 570 as presented. Councilor Parks seconded the motion. Michele took a Roll Call vote which was unanimous.

Councilor Karvoski made a motion directing Michele to write a letter to Mr. Daggett rescinding the letter written previously. Councilor Miller seconded the motion which passed unanimously.

Being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
